We stand behind what we sell, so if after proper assembly and care you find something you bought
at SCANICA is defective, please bring it back to us with your original receipt and we will be
happy to replace it for you.
EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY
Customers are able to exchange the products or return them for credit, if any damages have
been found within 24 hours after the delivery or picking up from the store.
For exchanging and returning, customers should bring the damaged items to our showroom with
original receipts. Once we approve the damage caused by transportation or manufacture defects,
we will exchange or arrange another delivery for replacement or give the credit to the customer
on demand.
